ACIF will request and screen the following basic information for each request to purchase or sell an artwork:
- Proof of availability
- Proof of acquisition – purchase – ownership
- Proof of direct mandate
- Complete provenance
- Current condition report
- Current authenticity testing (including chemical)
- Current location and willingness to ship to another location.
